1. Introduction / Scope

• This Privacy Policy applies to users of the Haul Insite Mobile application, which is a component of the Haul Insite enterprise cloud solution.
• This app facilitates data collection and evidence capture for work performed, to be integrated with the main Haul Insite desktop application.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following types of data:

• Authentication Data:
  • We collect your email address and authentication credentials (securely managed by Supabase Auth) for the sole purpose of verifying your identity and allowing secure access to the application.
  • Users are invited by enterprise administrators, and password management is handled via the companion desktop application.
• Camera Data (Photos/Images):
  • The app requires access to your device's camera. This access is exclusively used to capture photos as evidence of work performed and or Payload verification weighbridge dockets, as part of your job functions. These photos are uploaded to secure storage Supabase Storage Buckets.
  • Photos are directly linked to the work tasks within the Haul Insite enterprise system and are not used for any other purpose, nor are they shared publicly or with third-party advertisers.
• Operational Data (CRUD):
  • We collect operational data related to your work activities within the app, such as task completion statuses, time logs, and equipment details. This data is collected to facilitate your work processes and integrate with the Haul Insite desktop application.
• Usage Data / Logs:
  • We may collect non-personally identifiable usage data, such as login/logout timestamps, device type, and app version, for security, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring purposes.
• What We DO NOT Collect: We do not collect any personal financial information, sensitive personal data (e.g., health, racial origin), or user-entered personally identifiable information beyond your login credentials.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to provide and maintain the functionality of the Haul Insite Mobile application and to facilitate your professional responsibilities within the Haul Insite enterprise system.

Specifically, your data enables you to:

• Securely log in and out of the application.
• Capture and upload photo evidence related to work tasks.
• Perform CRUD operations essential to your assigned duties.
• Synchronize data with the main Haul Insite desktop application.

We do not use your data for advertising, marketing, or profiling purposes unrelated to the core functionality of the enterprise solution.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

• We share operational data with your parent enterprise (the organization that has invited you to join the Haul Insite enterprise system) and its authorized personnel for operational purposes.
• We use Supabase as our backend service provider, which processes and stores your data securely on our behalf. Supabase acts as a data processor for the data collected by this application.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade your data to third parties.
• We may disclose data if legally required to do so by law enforcement or government request.

5. Data Security

We implement robust security measures to protect your data, including encryption during transmission and at rest, and database Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure users only access data they are authorized to see. Your authentication credentials are securely handled by Supabase Auth.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide the Haul Insite services, comply with legal obligations, or until your enterprise account is terminated. Data deletion and Account Deletion are managed by your enterprise administrator.

7. Your Data Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data held within the Haul Insite system, subject to your enterprise's policies and legal requirements. Please contact your enterprise administrator for such requests.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the application or on the Haul Insite website.
